For Borneo Beach Villas Guest
The term “Website” refer to www.borneobeachvillas.com. The term “The Company” refer to Home Planet Sdn. Bhd. The term “The Hotel” refer to Borneo Beach Villas. The term “Guest” refer to guest booked and/or stay in Borneo Beach Villas. Your access to this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained below and elsewhere on the Website (known collectively as “Terms and Conditions”). By using the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations
A credit card may be required at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary by the rate, and will be provided at the time of reservation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and will be processed through the original payment method, except for bookings made under non-refundable rates, which are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are also non-refundable.
Payment
In case of invalid debit/credit card details that caused payment failure, The Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Occupants
Guests are to follow the numbers of occupants allowed, any extra guest will be charged at MYR100 per head per night.
Following are the maximum occupants per suites / villa type permitted:
| a. One Bedroom Spa Suites: | up to 2 adults and 2 children age below 12 years old. |
| b. Two Bedroom Spa Suites: | up to 4 adults and 2 children age below 12 years old. |
| c. Two Bedroom Pool Villas: | up to 4 adults and 2 children age below 12 years old. |
| d. Three Bedroom Pool Villas: | up to 6 adults and 2 children age below 12 years old. |
Amendments of the Terms and Conditions
The Company may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions or any revised version of the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website.
Disclaimer and Liability
The Company will not be held responsible for any valuables or money left by Guest in their room. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the guest(s) and/or the other occupants of the room howsoever cause in the use of the in-room safe, without limiting the generality of the foregoing. Whether caused or raised by reason of account of any failure, defect or malfunctioning of the safe or by reasons of an account of any act or commission negligent or otherwise on the part or hotel or its servant or agents.
